We Have Always Been Here:
Trans Survival

Wednesdays, 5-6 pm, PST

This group is a supportive and empowering space for trans and gender expansive folx to process, find support and safety, build community, and practice skills for resistance, relating, and healing.

*Free for trans folx actively fleeing for their safety.

Zebra Baddies:
EDS, POTS, MCAS, & Related Issues

Wednesdays, 6-7 pm, PST

The medical "zebra" analogy, derived from the phrase "when you hear hoofbeats, think horses, not zebras" advises medical professionals to prioritize common diagnoses (horses) over rare ones (zebras). Zebra is a term that the EDS (Ehler’s Danlos Syndrome), POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome), and MCAS (Mast Cell Activation Syndrome) communities have long identified with. Often also combined with both neuro and gender diversity, the experience of living as a zebra is all-encompassing and often difficult.

This group is for folx that have been self or professionally diagnosed with one or multiple of these often co-occurring issues. Find community support, resources, and healing here.

Ties That Bind Us:
Adult Children Experiencing Familial Cutoff

Wednesdays, 7-8 pm, PST

This group offers a compassionate space for adults navigating the grief, complexity, and relief that can accompany estrangement or cutoff from family. Grounded in community healing principles, we honor the courage it takes to step away from harmful dynamics and the tenderness required to rebuild a sense of belonging on one’s own terms.

Together, we explore the layered emotions of loss, identity, and liberation that arise when we redefine family while nurturing the parts of ourselves that still long for connection.

Creative Resistance:
Channeling Rage Through Art

Thursdays, 5-6 pm, PST

So much injustice is going on in the world right now and it is hard to be a human who cares about other humans. This is a collective rage space where we use art as a channel for expression. We will help each other find a preferred or accessible medium, share ideas for art, and spend the majority of the time creating together and building community through shared discussion and reflection while we work on our respective art. Participants will be given the option to sell their art to raise money for mutual aid or an organization of their choice to make an additional impact with their art. All forms of art & skill levels welcome!*

*As this is a virtual gathering, participants are responsible for their own art supplies. A pencil/piece of paper counts as art supplies!
